how much is shipping?
$3 flat anywhere in Australia, and free on orders over $20. We only ship within Australia at the moment.
how long until my order arrives?
We aim to post your order within a few business days. Once it’s in the post, delivery times are up to Australia Post.
are the stickers waterproof?
Yes — they’re gloss-laminated vinyl: waterproof, oil- and scratch-proof, and UV-resistant. Fine on water bottles, laptops and phone cases.
what are the postcards and bookmarks printed on?
Heavy 350gsm uncoated card, 100% recycled, printed with HP ElectroInk. Postcards are blank on the back so they can actually go in the post.
is everything really hand-drawn?
Every design is drawn by hand by Janelle Bray in Sydney. No stock art, no AI — just a person with a pen and a slightly odd imagination.
can i return something if i change my mind?
We don’t offer change-of-mind returns, simply because return postage usually costs more than the item. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, email us and we’ll fix it — replacement or refund, and we cover the cost. Your Australian Consumer Law rights always apply — details on our privacy & terms page.
do prices include gst?
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
how do i pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe — card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card details.
